APG Federal Credit Union (APGFCU) is seeking a branch-facing professional who balances personal banking and financial concierge duties. You will deliver greeting service, financial education and product guidance in a technology-enabled environment, including ITMs.

Responsibilities include opening accounts, assisting with deposits and loans, and guiding members through digital channels while building lasting relationships and providing proactive financial wellness support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with additional specialized training equivalent to two years college.
• One-year consultative sales experience required with a proven record of building member loyalty.
• Knowledge of financial institution products and services and demonstrated ability to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to provide exceptional service and financial education.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and perform routine maintenance on deposits and loans.
• Assist members with ITMs and digital banking tools; provide demonstrations and guidance.
• Educate members on options for managing financial transactions using technology.
• Build lasting relationships by following up and offering financial wellness support.
• Partner with branch management to support community events and business development.
• Adhere to policies, manage risk, and ensure efficient daily branch operations.
