APGFCU in Bel Air, MD seeks a branch-facing professional to deliver exceptional service and financial education in a tech-enabled environment. This hybrid role combines personal banking with financial concierge responsibilities, focusing on needs-based conversations and leveraging ITMs and digital tools.

You will open accounts, manage deposits and loans, and build lasting relationships while driving member wellness and loyalty through proactive sales and service activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial institution products and services, with goal attainment.
• Comfortable using technology and teaching others to use digital tools including ITMs.
• One-year consultative sales experience with a record of building member loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members and deliver personalized, education-focused service leveraging technology.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and maintain deposits and loans.
• Educate members on APGFCU products and digital channels; assist with ITMs and digital banking.
• Build lasting relationships, follow up on interactions and promote financial wellness.
• Ensure branch risk controls, security, and efficient daily operations.
