Job summary

APG Federal Credit Union (APGFCU) is seeking a Branch Personal Banker/Financial Concierge in Maryland. You will deliver exceptional service, educate members on products, and help navigate digital tools and ITMs to enhance financial well-being.

Responsibilities include opening accounts, cross-selling, and building lasting member relationships while maintaining security and efficiency in a technology-enabled branch environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of college-equivalent training.
• One-year consultative sales experience required with a track record of building loyalty.
• Experience with deposit/loan products and financial literacy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to deliver exceptional service in a technology-enabled branch.
• Open new accounts and perform routine maintenance on deposits and loans.
• Educate members on digital tools, ITMs and online banking options.
• Build relationships and identify opportunities to support financial wellbeing.
• Maintain security and adhere to policies in daily branch operations.
• Travel to other branches as needed and support Saturday hours.
