APGFCU is seeking a Branch Personal Banker/Financial Concierge to be the face of the branch, delivering exceptional service and financial education in a modern, tech-enabled environment. This hybrid role focuses on building relationships and guiding members to a full range of credit union products and digital tools.

You will educate and engage members, open consumer and business accounts, assist with deposits and loans, and promote financial wellness.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial institution products and services; goal attainment.
• Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort using technology and teaching others to use digital tools.

Responsibilities
