APGFCU is seeking a Branch-focused Personal Banker/Financial Concierge to deliver exceptional service in a modern, technology-enabled environment. You will engage members, open accounts, and guide them through digital channels and ITMs, building lasting relationships and financial wellness.

The role blends personal banking with proactive sales, requiring strong communication, a passion for helping people, and the ability to travel to other branches as needed.

Qualifications

• One-year consultative sales experience required with a proven record of building member loyalty.
• Experience with deposit and lending products and influencing member decisions is preferred.
• Comfortable using technology and teaching others how to use digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage and serve members with financial education in a welcoming branch.
• Educate members on options for managing transactions using ITMs and digital tools.
• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts, deposits, loans, and IRAs.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen member relationships and loyalty through proactive outreach.
