Job summary

Invited is seeking a dedicated Member Experience Coordinator to enhance our club community. You will coordinate the event calendar, registrations, and on-site setup while supporting member onboarding and ongoing engagement.

You’ll also manage social media and communications to promote events and foster member connections. This role reports to the Member Experience Director/Manager and collaborates with department heads to create a unified annual event calendar, ensuring a vibrant member

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to engage members and guests professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across channels, including phone, email and social media.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of all members’ experience functions including onboarding, programming, communication and retention efforts.
• Coordinate event registration, prepare materials for member check-in, and assist with event set-up, including décor, name badges, and welcome signs.
• Capture photos during events, send thank-you cards to speakers, and write personalized postcards to invite members to future events.
• Conduct new member welcome calls and manage member birthday and anniversary engagement lists.
• Manage social media activities and ensure the event calendar is accurate on all channels.
