Job summary

Invited is seeking a Member Experience Manager to support the director-level leadership in developing and delivering engaging member experiences at the club level.

You will help plan and execute events, communicate with members, and contribute to a welcoming club community that reflects the Invited brand and standards. This role emphasizes member engagement and multi-channel communications across the ClubLife platform.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, or marketing and communications.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, communications, journalism, public relations, hospitality management, or recreation.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the membership experience strategic plan, including onboarding, programming, communication and retention efforts, ensuring a vibrant and connected member community.
• Create and execute engaging programs and events reflecting the club’s member base, product offerings, and offerings.
• Improve member retention through At-Risk Member Intervention initiatives and personalized onboarding for new members.
• Communicate effectively with members and employees across channels with consistent messaging.
• Create storytelling and content-driven communications to promote club events and the ClubLife experience.
• Balance membership growth goals with enhancing member experience.
