Job summary

Invited in Peachtree City, GA seeks a Member Experience Coordinator to enhance member engagement through event planning and proactive service.

You will coordinate events, manage registrations, capture moments, and support communications to keep members connected and informed. This role requires strong hospitality basics, sharp multitasking, and a friendly, professional demeanor across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication across channels (phone, email, social).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of members’ experience functions including onboarding, programming, and retention efforts.
• Coordinate event registrations and assist with event setup, décor, name badges, and signage.
• Capture event photos, send thank-you notes, and invite members to future events.
• Conduct new member welcome calls and manage birthday/anniversary engagement lists.
• Manage social media activities and keep the event calendar accurate across channels.
• Update club marketing materials such as posters and digital displays.
• Maintain up-to-date event and registration information in MembersFirst and promote events across communications.
• Support with data entry in tracking systems and assist with resignations and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with department heads to create a unified annual club event calendar.
• Attend daily briefings and participate in required activities to support club operations.
