Job summary

Invited is seeking a Member Experience Coordinator to enhance the club’s member experience. You will coordinate events, registrations, and setup, while supporting social media and communications to promote activities and engage members.

The role includes onboarding new members, managing birthday/anniversary engagement lists, and collaborating with department heads to calendar-wide events, ensuring a vibrant member community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or a similar customer-facing role.
• Service-oriented mindset with ability to make every member and guest feel valued.
• Friendly and personable with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong communication across channels (verbal, written, phone, text, social).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event registrations and assist with event setup, including décor and name badges.
• Support new member onboarding, programming, communication and retention efforts.
• Manage social media activities and ensure event calendar accuracy across channels.
• Capture photos at events and send thank-you cards to speakers.
• Update marketing materials and maintain up-to-date event information in systems.
• Collaborate with department heads to create an annual club event calendar and engage with members.
