In this role, you will drive member retention and assist with new membership sales, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pricing and policies. A high-energy, friendly demeanor is essential in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Must be skilled at multi-tasking, delivering high quality customer service and verbal communication.
• Able to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance, changes, and transactions including payments.
