Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of leadership in customer service, sales or related environment.
• Excellent written and oral skills.
• Comfortable with computers and office equipment.
• Able to pass background and reference checks.
• Willing to complete online Child Abuse Prevention training on first day.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and guests with information about our membership programs.
• Support new member enrollment.
• Manage administrative, engagement and membership processes and systems.
• Assist with class registration.
