Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to handle account maintenance, member engagement, and program insights at our Frisco location. You will grow through hospitality certification levels and craft a succession plan to reach professional goals.

You will be the primary contact for members and guests, delivering extraordinary experiences while educating on programming and policies, and supporting sales and retention initiatives in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Strong service recovery and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor and guest-centric mindset.
• Willingness to complete retention certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Acts as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships and delivers extraordinary experiences with hospitality mindset.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage members and guests.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with member account maintenance, changes, and transactions including payments.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Addresses questions and concerns, performing problem solving and service recovery.
