Job summary

Blackhawk Country Club is seeking a Member Concierge to strengthen member engagement, satisfaction, and retention. You will onboard new members, monitor engagement, and serve as a primary liaison across departments to ensure a personalized, high-quality experience.

The ideal candidate will be highly personable, organized, proactive, and data-driven, with a proven ability to build relationships and use reporting to guide improvements in the member experience. A quarterly bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communications, Recreation, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a diverse membershhip.

Responsibilities

• Drive member retention and engagement by monitoring usage, satisfaction, and trends.
• Lead onboarding and integration of new members to maximize club participation.
• Build strong member relationships and be a trusted resource across departments.
• Maintain accurate member data and leverage analytics to identify opportunities.
• Develop and implement member experience initiatives to improve NPS and loyalty.
