Job summary

BECU is seeking a Member Consultant II to deliver a seamless, high-quality member experience and to apply product knowledge across business services, deposits, consumer lending, and fiduciary offerings. You will sign documents and guide members to specialized services as needed.

The role supports the community with financial wellness, requires flexibility for travel between branches, and includes a 12-week training program plus a one-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member experience and sales consultation, applying knowledge of business services, consumer lending, deposits, IRA, POA, and Fiduciary accounts.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through the call center to fulfill members' needs.
• Assist the community with financial wellness through education programs, budgeting aid, debt management, and access to planning resources.
