Job summary

BECU is seeking a Member Consultant II to deliver a seamless member experience and leverage product knowledge to identify and address consumer financial needs. You will rotate across POD branches, sign documents, and guide customers toward appropriate services while supporting financial wellness in the community.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and at least two years in a sales-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable.
• Thorough understanding of the sales process and ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member experience through sales consultations.
• Sign all line and loan documents and guide members to needed financial services.
• Assist the community with financial wellness and budgeting resources.
