Job summary

BECU in Washington is seeking a Member Consultant II to deliver an outstanding member experience and sales guidance across a range of financial products. The role requires travel between pod branches, training, and a commitment to a year-long placement within the Soundview District.

You will consult on consumer lending, deposits, fiduciary accounts, and other services, while supporting financial wellness initiatives and ensuring accurate documentation across all transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional Member Experience and Sales Consultation: provide excellent customer service and sales across business services, lending, deposits, IRA, POA, and Fiduciary accounts.
• Sign all line and loan documents that originate through outbound/inbound call center, ensuring each Member’s needs are fulfilled.
• Assist the community with financial wellness through education programs, budgeting assistance, debt management, or access to planning resources.
