Job summary

As a Member Consultant II, you will deliver a seamless, high-quality member experience and provide sales guidance across business services, consumer lending, deposits, IRA, POA, and Fiduciary accounts.

This role operates within a pod in the North District, with rotation across Monroe branches, a one-year commitment, in-house training at Tukwila, and travel between branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• One year of experience in a financial institution
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable
• Thorough understanding of the sales process and ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently
• Strong proficiency and comfort with learning new systems and programs; ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales across business services, consumer lending, deposit servicing, IRA, POA, and Fiduciary accounts.
• Sign all line and loan documents that originate through outbound/inbound call center.
• Assist the community with financial wellness through education programs, budgeting, debt management, or access to planning resources.
