Job summary

BECU is hiring a Member Consultant II to deliver a seamless member experience across branches in the East District. You will use product knowledge to drive sales in business services, consumer lending, deposits, and fiduciary accounts, while signing documents and supporting financial wellness initiatives.

The role requires rotation across pod branches, travel between locations, and a 12-week training program with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• Willingness to travel between branches and training location (Tukwila).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member experience and sales consulting, covering business services, consumer lending, deposits, IRA, POA, and Fiduciary accounts.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through the call center.
• Assist the community with financial wellness through education, budgeting, debt management, and planning resources.
