BECU seeks a Member Consultant II to deliver a high-quality member experience and drive sales across services like business, deposits, lending, and fiduciary accounts. You will sign documents originated via call center and help members with financial wellness, budgeting, and planning resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable
• Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales, covering business services, consumer lending, deposits, IRA, POA and Fiduciary accounts
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through the call center
• Assist the community with financial wellness through education and planning resources
