Job summary

BECU is hiring a Member Consultant II to deliver a seamless, high‑quality member experience and to leverage knowledge of BECU products to diagnose and address consumer financial needs.

The role includes outbound/inbound calls, signings, and referrals to specialized services. It involves a 12‑week in‑house training, cross‑branch rotations, and travel between pods in the Central District.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a sales‑oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience is required.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and sales through knowledge of BECU products and services.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through outbound/inbound calls.
• Assist community with financial wellness and budgeting resources.
