Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• One year of experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable.
• Strong sales process knowledge and ability to manage a pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member experience and sales consultations across product areas including business services, consumer lending, and deposits.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through outbound/inbound calls to fulfill members’ needs.
• Support the community with financial wellness, budgeting help, and access to planning resources.
