Job summary

Big Canyon Country Club in Newport Beach, CA, seeks a Part-Time Member Services Representative to greet members and guests, answer inquiries, and serve as a liaison between departments while handling administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in customer service or a similar role.
• Previous country club experience is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent written and oral communication.
• Detail oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members, guests, vendors, and staff in person or by phone.
• Make reservations for upcoming club events.
• Direct inquiries to other departments as necessary.
• Manage club-wide email communications.
• Update member rosters and signage.
• Assist in creating club marketing and communications material.
• Maintain and distribute newsletters and bulletins.
• Assist members with app and website login.
• Handle special event menus and signage.
• Monitor communications and assist with miscellaneous projects as needed.
