Job summary

The Park Club in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a polished, proactive Member Experience Concierge to be a key part of our members' daily experience. We are filling morning and nighttime shifts and aim to deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating needs and taking initiative.

This role is more than a front desk position, as the concierge shapes the first and last impression of the Club, guiding guests and ensuring a seamless, personalized experience across dining, events, and daily activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hotels, private clubs, fine dining, concierge services, or other high-level hospitality environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills, professional appearance, discretion, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to take care of people are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and recognize members, escort and assist guests throughout the Club, answer questions, manage calls and communications, assist with reservations and special requests, and remain knowledgeable about dining, events, and daily happenings.
• Collaborate with Membership, Service, Culinary, Private Events, Valet, and Management to communicate information and fulfill member requests.
