Big Canyon Country Club in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative. The role greets members and guests, handles inquiries in person or by phone, and supports on-site events with reservations, signage, and communications.

The position is part-time with evening and weekend shifts. Candidates should have at least two years of customer service, strong written and verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced club

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Previous country club experience is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist members, guests, vendors, and staff in person, by phone and email.
• Manage club-wide email communications and member rosters.
• Coordinate reservations for events and club services; assist with signage and materials.
