Job summary

This role is more than a front desk position, as the concierge shapes the first and last impression of the Club, guiding guests and ensuring a seamless, personalized experience across dining, events, and daily activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hotels, private clubs, fine dining, concierge services, or other high-level hospitality environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills, professional appearance, discretion, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to take care of people are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and recognize members, escort and assist guests throughout the Club, answer questions, manage calls and communications, assist with reservations and special requests, and remain knowledgeable about dining, events, and daily happenings.
• Collaborate with Membership, Service, Culinary, Private Events, Valet, and Management to communicate information and fulfill member requests.

Member Experience Concierge

The Park Club | Costa Mesa, CA

The Park Club is seeking a polished, proactive, and hospitality-driven Member Experience Concierge to become a key part of our members' daily experience. We are looking to fill morning and nighttime positions.

This is not a traditional receptionist position. The Member Experience Concierge serves as the first and last impression of The Park Club, welcoming members and guests while maintaining a strong awareness of everything happening throughout the Club. We are looking for someone who enjoys being present, anticipates needs, takes initiative, and understands that exceptional hospitality often happens before someone ever has to ask.

The Role

Our Member Experience Concierge creates a warm, professional, and personalized arrival and departure experience. You will greet and recognize members, escort and assist guests throughout the Club, answer questions, manage calls and communications, assist with reservations and special requests, and remain knowledgeable about dining, private events, Club programming, and daily happenings.

This position works closely with Membership, Service, Culinary, Private Events, Valet, and Management to ensure important information and member requests are communicated accurately and followed through to completion.

Beyond the front desk, you will maintain awareness of the Club's presentation and atmosphere, assist with member and guest needs as they arise, and take ownership when something needs attention. The expectation is not to wait for someone to provide a list of things to do - it is to recognize what needs to be done and act.

You notice details others may overlook, communicate confidently with both members and coworkers, and follow through without requiring constant supervision.
