One Medical is hiring a Medical Receptionist (Member Support Specialist) to be the welcoming face of the practice and a patient experience ambassador. You will manage patient intake, scheduling, insurance basics, and feedback collection while upholding the One Medical brand in lobby areas.

The role demands empathy, clear communication, and teamwork across providers and coordinators. The position is full-time, based in our Skokie office in Chicago, with some coverage for Oak Brook as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in high touch customer or patient facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven teams.
• Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet and using multiple software systems simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Use C-I-CARE framework in all patient interactions to ensure a fluid, positive in-office experience.
• Handle front of house duties including check in/out, insurance verification, and paperwork.
• Contribute to team development through rounding, huddles and problem solving.
• Master the technology suite (Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, EMR) for daily tasks.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain office look and organization.
