Life Time seeks a Membership Concierge II to manage member interactions, educate on club programs and assist with account needs. You will engage guests, drive retention, and support sales with a hospitality-minded approach.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in customer service, High School diploma, and Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days. A hospitality degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Operates as first contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Builds relationships and creates extraordinary experiences for members and guests.
• Receives inbound calls and conducts outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists members with account maintenance, changes and payments.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns.
