Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to handle account maintenance, service delivery and member engagement.

Grow your hospitality skills through certification levels and build a personal progression plan to reach your professional goals. You will be the first contact for members and guests, educate them on programs and events, assist with transactions, support new memberships and retention, and resolve issues with proactive service.

• Multitasking in fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Service recovery and handling member inquiries with effective communication.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and knowledge of club programming and policies.

Mansioni

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Regularly building relationships and creating extraordinary experiences.
• Receives inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on programs, events, pricing and policies.
• Processes member changes and transactions including program, service and product payments.
• Serves as a key contact for new membership sales and retention interactions.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns.
