Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Centreville, MD seeks a Membership Concierge II to manage account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight, and member engagement. You will progress through hospitality certifications and craft a personalized succession plan to reach your goals.

You will be the primary contact for members, educate them on programs, and assist with purchases and renewals in a fast-paced club environment. Excellent communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships with members and guests, delivering exceptional experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, changes, and transactions including payments.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Uses tools/resources to resolve member questions and service issues.
