Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Reston, VA seeks a Membership Concierge II to deliver exceptional member service and drive engagement across club programming, events and services.

You will handle account maintenance, process member requests, and support new membership sales and retention with a hospitality mindset. You will educate members on pricing, policies and club offerings, and resolve issues through effective problem solving while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor in a fast-paced resort

Qualifications

• Candidates must multitask and deliver high quality customer service.
• Strong verbal communication and service recovery skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (4 hours).
• Able to educate members on programming, pricing, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships through a hospitality mindset and delivers extraordinary experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Keeps knowledge up-to-date on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance and member needs, including payments.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Performs problem solving and service recovery for member questions.
