Job summary

Life Time seeks a Membership Concierge II to manage member accounts, deliver service excellence, and provide programming insights. You will advance through hospitality certification levels and craft a personal succession plan to reach your professional goals.

You’ll handle member inquiries, educate on offerings, and contribute to sales and retention efforts within a fast-paced club environment. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must multitask and deliver high quality customer service.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stay engaged for long periods.
• Strong verbal communication and friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Willing to obtain Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships and creates extraordinary experiences for members and guests.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance and member transactions.
• Contacts for new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Performs problem solving and service recovery using available tools.
