Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge II to support member engagement, account maintenance, and service delivery at our resort. You will learn and progress through hospitality certifications while building a professional network and customized succession plan.

You will handle inquiries, educate members about events and programs, and contribute to retention through excellent service and proactive outreach. This role requires a friendly, outgoing demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Passion to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships with members and guests to create outstanding experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Keeps knowledge up-to-date on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists members with account maintenance, transactions, and payments.
• Engages in new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Uses tools to resolve questions and service issues.
