Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge II to support member engagement, account maintenance, and programming insights. You will serve as a key contact for new and existing members, delivering exceptional service and building relationships to foster loyalty.

The role emphasizes multi-tasking in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with opportunities to progress through certification levels and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be skilled at multi-tasking, delivering high quality customer service, service recovery and verbal communication.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to stand for 4 hours.
• Friendly and outgoing demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships with members and guests to create extraordinary experiences.
• Receives inbound calls and conducts outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists members with account maintenance and transactions including payments for programs, services, and products.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery using appropriate tools and resources.
