Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge I in Frisco, TX to deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests. You will act as the first contact, welcoming visitors and guiding them through club programming, events and policies to foster loyalty and a healthy lifestyle.

The role emphasizes clear communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and assisting with account-related transactions while maintaining a welcoming, values-driven atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge to educate members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences.
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes.
