Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service and welcoming experiences.

You will educate members on programming, events, pricing, and policies while building value‑based relationships that foster loyalty and help members achieve healthy lifestyle goals. The role emphasizes hospitality, multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment, and ongoing education to support member needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi‑task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences.
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes.
