Crossover Health is seeking a Host to front our clinics, welcoming members and guiding them through the check-in process with in-depth knowledge of self-insured employer health plans. The role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy, and a proactive approach to member needs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least one year of customer service exposure, with strong communication, multitasking, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in a customer service position.

Responsabilidades

• Welcomes each member and handles all member interactions with hospitality and professionalism.
• Demonstrates commitment to quality and delivers uncompromised service and outcomes.
• Accommodates special requests for member support and helps resolve questions promptly.
• Assists with assigned projects and provider/patient requests.
• Assists with the member check-in process, including understanding of benefit eligibility files and clinic workflows.
• Processes transactions required to begin or complete the visit.
• Engages with members by answering calls, scheduling appointments, emails, and follow-ups.
• Collaborates with providers and staff to deliver a seamless patient-centered care experience.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
