Job summary

Crossover Health is hiring a Host to provide exceptional member service at our on-site health center. You will greet members, assist with check-in, explain benefits, and coordinate with care teams to ensure a smooth visit.

Strong customer service and healthcare awareness are essential. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 1 year in customer service, with preferences for familiarity with Apple devices and collaboration in a care-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 1 year in customer service.
• Experience with multitasking and conflict resolution.
• Excellent computer skills; familiarity with Apple products.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Health-care service delivery experience and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet members with hospitality and professionalism.
• Deliver uncompromised service and outcomes.
• Support special requests and resolve member questions.
• Assist with assigned projects and provider or patient requests.
• Support member check-in, including benefits and clinic workflow.
• Process transactions to begin or complete visits.
• Explain employer-sponsored health insurance topics to members.
• Respond to calls and emails; schedule appointments.
• Collaborate with providers to deliver seamless care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
