Job summary

Planet Fitness in Carolina, PR is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will deliver exceptional customer service while keeping the club clean, welcoming, and organized, and support daily operations including check-ins, billing, and memberships.

You will assist with membership options, policies, and gym services, while maintaining a positive, fast-paced environment and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS/billing systems.
• Positive attitude with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with membership inquiries and service information.
• Check-in members and handle membership transactions (billing/renewals).
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area and restrooms.
• Promote memberships and services offered by Planet Fitness.
