Planet Fitness in Los Colobos (PFPR-13) - Carolina, PR is seeking a Front Desk Associate. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering excellent customer service while keeping the club clean, welcoming, and organized.

You will help with daily operations and ensure locker rooms and bathrooms are well-maintained throughout the day. The role requires assisting with memberships, handling check-ins and transactions, and promoting services as part of a friendly, fast-paced

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills.
Positive attitude with a passion for helping others and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring everyone feels welcome.
Assist members with inquiries about memberships, policies, and gym services; guide on equipment usage.
Check-in members and handle membership-related transactions (billing, renewals).
Maintain a tidy, welcoming front desk and surrounding areas; keep locker rooms and bathrooms clean and-presentable.
Promote memberships, personal training, and other services to potential members.
Collaborate with team to achieve club goals and uphold a safe, clean environment.
