Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome members, answer questions, and support a clean, inviting club environment. You will handle payments, provide information on memberships and promotions, and contribute to a high level of member satisfaction.

The role requires reliable, friendly individuals with a customer-service mindset, able to work a flexible schedule and maintain professionalism during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Six months face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment or one year fitness experience preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally with members and guests and handle payments accurately.
• Comfort with a flexible rotating schedule and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests in a confident, professional manner.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service with accurate information.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety during shifts; assist with member needs.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and promote promotions and benefits.
• Drive revenue by communicating Planet Fitness products and promotions to customers.
