Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior customer experience to members, prospective members and guests. You will greet people, answer questions, sign up new members, and process POS transactions in a friendly, professional environment.

The role emphasizes maintaining a welcoming front desk, handling inquiries, and ensuring the club lobby and facilities stay clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service and make them feel welcome.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members, sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Assist with new membership cards, address changes, and billing questions.
• Maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness and orderliness.
• Clean and maintain facilities, equipment, and restrooms.
