Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build positive relationships to create a welcoming environment.
• Ensure proper check-in and resolve account or access issues.
• Respond to member questions or requests promptly.
• Deliver customer service that promotes satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct club tours for prospective members.
• Assist with membership sales and enrollment following the sales process.
• Perform outbound prospecting and follow-up to generate appointments and memberships.
• Promote programs, training, and referrals.
• Support promotions, marketing, and outreach events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting club environment.
• Complete cleaning zones and operational checklists.
• Monitor and restock supplies.
• Keep front desk organized and efficient.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Process memberships, payments, and updates accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Communicate feedback and opportunities to leadership.
• Assist leadership with other duties as assigned.
