Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.

• Friendly, professional phone demeanor and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm greetings and fond farewells to members and guests.
• Answer calls, manage reservations, and handle emails with prompt resolutions.
• Promote club offerings, events, and services to drive engagement.
• Assist with member communications, social media, newsletters and invitations.
• Document all interactions in the M360 system and update MemberFirst events.
• Ensure lobby and front areas are clean, welcoming, and stocked for guests.
