Invited is looking for a Concierge to join the Member Experience team at our private clubs. You will deliver warm welcomes, assist with reservations, and act as a friendly liaison for members and guests, before, during, and after visits.

You will manage phone calls, emails, and club communications, promote events, coordinate dining reservations, and help create memorable experiences that reflect our Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a warm, professional tone and assist with inquiries.
• Manage phone calls, reservations, and emails.
• Promote club events and services and assist with member communications.
• Ensure accurate reservations and assist with event registrations.
• Maintain lobby and front entrance areas; document interactions in the system.
