• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.
• Service-oriented mindset focused on making members feel valued.
• Friendly, personable phone demeanor with a can-do attitude.
• Professional and welcoming communication across channels.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide warm welcomes and fond farewells.
• Answer calls, handle reservations, and respond to emails with prompt, thorough resolutions.
• Promote club services and events, and assist with member communications and social media efforts.
• Make outbound calls to engage new and at-risk members and support retention.
• Manage reservations for dining, programs, and services, ensuring accurate bookings.
• Document interactions in the M360 system and update the MemberFirst calendar when needed.
