Invited Clubs in Plano is seeking a Concierge to deliver exceptional member experiences in a dynamic hospitality setting. You will manage phone calls, reservations, emails, and member inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions and warm, personalized service that reflects our club values.

Responsibilities include promoting events, assisting with social media and communications, handling reservations for dining and programs, and documenting interactions in our system to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.
• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on making members feel valued.
• Professional and welcoming phone demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a warm voice and assist with inquiries to ensure swift resolutions.
• Manage calls, reservations, and emails while promoting club services and events.
• Support member communications, including newsletters and event announcements.
• Make outbound calls to engage new and at-risk members and promote offerings.
• Document all interactions in the M360 system and update the MemberFirst calendar.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and ensure supplies are stocked.
