Driven is a membership-based transportation service. Our Member Care Coordinator focuses on building relationships, anticipating needs, and ensuring members feel known and supported, with details handled smoothly.

The role is in-person at our Linthicum Heights, MD office, with Monday–Friday hours and occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays for events or special shifts. You will onboard members, educate and engage them, and drive retention.

Competenze

• Experience in hospitality or relationship-based service environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
• Regular Mon-Fri schedule with occasional events.

Mansioni

• Onboard new members and introduce services.
• Educate members and drive engagement.
• Manage member relationships and preferences.
• Support retention and renewals.
• Provide customer service and resolve issues.
• Monitor usage and identify growth opportunities.
• Assist with dispatch and reservations.
• Support sales and ancillary services, including charter bookings and flight tracking.
• Coordinate large events and transportation.
