The Gathering Spot is seeking a Community Concierge to assist members with onboarding, events, restaurant needs, and everyday club usage. You will collaborate with the Membership Department to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service for a diverse member community.

Key duties include member onboarding, tours, reservations, A/V troubleshooting, and handling communications. A customer-first mindset and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new members into required systems and onboarding processes.
• Work with concierges, operations management, and the membership team.
• Assist members with day-to-day club usage and inquiries.
• Troubleshoot app, conference room, and event usage issues.
• Create call lists and manage mass emails.
• Monitor and respond to member communications and bookings.
• Give tours of the club and handle reservations.
• Troubleshoot A/V for members and guests.
• Oversee club aesthetics and upkeep.
• Discuss club offerings per brand standards.
• Curate digital marketing and signage content for entertainment.
• Gauge member feedback and overall wellness of the membership.
• Sort and distribute club communications and mail.
• Check in guests and members.
