Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Membership Concierge I to welcome members and guests with warmth, delivering high-quality service and helping everyone feel valued as they pursue healthy lifestyle goals.

As the first point of contact, you will educate on club programming, events, and policies, assist with transactions and account changes, and build value-based relationships in a fast-paced environment. Requires at least 6 months of service/reception experience and completion of Concierge

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
• Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes
