You will guide members through facilities and events, promote club offerings, and assist with member communications to enhance engagement. A supportive team environment and focus on warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells are core values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in hospitality or a customer-facing role.
• Service-oriented mindset; make members feel valued.
• Friendly, professional phone demeanor; can-do attitude.
• Positive attitude and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests.
• Answer calls, manage reservations and emails with prompt resolutions.
• Promote club events and services; guide members to facilities.
• Handle outbound calls to engage new and at-risk members.
• Document interactions in M360 and update the website calendar.
• Prepare personalized welcome, birthday, and anniversary cards.
• Maintain lobby, front entrance, restrooms, and workstations.
